Acceptance of Terms:
By submitting a form or communicating with Hammond Lead Systems, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information.
Services:
Hammond Lead Systems provides lead generation, CRM automation, and marketing services to small businesses. Service details, pricing, and scope are outlined in individual client agreements.
Communications:
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Hammond Lead Systems including emails and text messages. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of emails by clicking unsubscribe in any email we send.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Guarantee of Results:
Hammond Lead Systems provides marketing and automation services in good faith. We do not guarantee specific results, leads, or revenue outcomes. Performance is subject to market conditions, client cooperation, and other factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability:
Hammond Lead Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Intellectual Property
All content, workflows, and systems created by Hammond Lead Systems remain the property of Hammond Lead Systems until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the service agreement.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
